Making a Purchase at Buzzard's Gear is quick and easy. You are completely secure in using our online purchasing platform with SSL Security and strict adherence to published standards of customer privacy. We accept the following methods of payments
Postal money order.
After you make your purchase and your payment has cleared. your item will be Shipped.
The majority of large items are shipped using a Fixed rate, which in most cases is lower then the actual shipping cost we have to pay.
We use standard UPS, USPS or FedEx which ever is best cost wise, our choice.
No shipping to PO Box, UPS and Fedex wont deliver to PO Boxes.
At this time we are only shipping within the lower 48 states Of the U.S.A. We are no longer shipping outside the U.S. At this time.
By purchasing from Buzzards Gear, you agree you are interning into a legal binding agreement to pay, if for any reason you don't honor the agreement, we reserve the right to turn collections over to a collection agency, this could effect your credit.

Returns Policy
For returns or exchanges simply email buzzardsgear.com@gmail.com within 3 days of getting your item. Please let us know the reason for the return, or the item you would like to exchange for, and we will send you return instructions. Don't send anything back without emailing us first. all returns must include all original packaging and accessories, the buyer has to pay the cost of returned goods.
If we sent you the wrong item, or a damaged item we will cover your return shipping.
"Special Order"
No returns or exchanges on Special Orders.

Returns Policy Defective Products:
If your product is received defective, please contact us within 3 days for a return authorization. All products we carry are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects. Buzzard’s Gear purchases from various manufacturers who may provide their own limited warranties for their products. B.G. does not offer any warranties, whether expressed or implied. B.G. does not assume responsibility or liability for the workmanship or use of products purchased from our suppliers. All warranties other than those supplied by the product manufacturer, whether expressed or implied, including those of fitness, merchantability and/or workmanship are hereby disclaimed by Buzzard’s Gear.
If you should have a problem with any of our items because of defects we will work with you to get it replaced as fast as possible.

Return Policy Used Items are sold As is, unless otherwise specified. Bargain Dungeon items. No returns are accepted for Bargain Dungeon items or previously owned items are sold as is.

Damaged Shipments
Products are shipped and properly packaged and protected. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and is insured by them. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. If damage is discovered upon opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Damage claims are handled through the carrier. Be sure to retain packing materials for carrier inspection. Claims for missing items or errors in shipment must be reported within 3 days of order receipt to: buzzardsgear.com@gmail.com

Weapons will not be sold to individuals under the age of 18 without permission or consent of a parent or guardian. Please remember Buzzard's Gear sells swords for collector and decorative purposes and we do NOT recommend using our swords for anything else. We do NOT WARRANTY our swords used for cutting purposes nor do we recommend it as this can be very dangerous for obvious reasons. Buzzard's Gear, cannot be held liable in anyway for accidents or injury relating to use of our swords in any way as we only recommend our swords be purchased for collecting or decorative purposes. By purchasing goods from our website, Purchaser agrees to use product in legal and appropriate manner in his/her state and jurisdiction. Purchaser represents himself as of valid legal age to own swords, is of legal mind, and is intending to use items purchased in a legal manner at ALL times. Billing information and payment type will be provided via legal means, from purchaser with legal right to purchase, purchaser shall be no less than 18 yrs of age or of legal age in the area the order is being ordered and or shipped. E. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee due to loss of credit card charges, labor, packaging, and time. Buzzards Gear does not sell or share the personal information you provide to us. All customer orders including billing and shipping address as well as ship to addresses (other than your own information) are stored in our database. We store these orders for customer service purposes such as returns or customer questions regarding products purchased. We do not market customer e-mail addresses. Customer Email Addresses We ask for email addresses during the checkout process. This email address is used to communicate shipping information such as tracking numbers or delayed shipments. Email is our preferred method of communication with customers. By excluding your email address you deny yourself order and shipping confirmations. We do not share or sell these email addresses.
